So, they formed a company for the supplying of stuff. Ever hear of forming a realty trust in business in order to seperate the entities? I see it all the time, main street shops USA always do that type of thing in order to PAY RENT ( so to speak) to themselves. I know so many who at retirement time sell the business and get to keep the real esate or sell it seperatly! Zap...expense accounting as per CPA 101 type instuctions....Hope yopu all ( threaders ) think of such legal IRS rules to benifit the next generation. Now, I am just speculating here and have NOT talk to Dick Jensen today...and if I had, I wouldn't pigeon hole him with such mundan such things ....as now - IT APPEARS - is public info on a regular type deal. Seems to ME, IMHO, that he is staying between the lines. Not to you, so what.
I have to go now and file my Realty Trust Paper work I just found....from a RT I set up 15 years ago!
Bye,
Chuca

Under the new Nasdaq procedures, when will GPGI be required to file, and what can we expect will be filed with the SEC?

Thanks, Ptask
