Big DEAL! The company has 1.4 million auctions going on at current levels and you are surprised that they are being investigated for consumer fraud. I believe they have themselves covered with enough binding contracts long before someone realizes that they were ripped off by a dishonest individual. It's up to the consumer to decide whether or not to purchase from someone or whether or not to sell to someone. All EBAY does is facilitate the deal. IT WILL GO UP AGAIN and maybe down a little too. Are they one of those internet sites that received a patent on their business model? If so that could be big! I don't own it! but I do respect it and it's ability to fluctuate and climb!
