JT- great analysis.. I will like to closely watch the indexes you have highlighted for a sustained move forward but the global indexes are seeming to come out of the 'new contagion'fear.. So far so good..

There is a major negative divergence in the NYSE A/D Line rolling over and down vs the NYSE Composite Index right near its highs. decisionpoint.com. Since beginning of January I do not recall one trading day where A/D was better than 3:1. In all previous rallies when the market got legs after corrections, breadth came back like a charm. This next chart shows the same for COMP... a very narrow sellect group of heavily weighted stocks carrying the NAZ to record highs while the majority of this index continues to falter: decisionpoint.com. Recent stock splits are late in trend stuff and should be noted. JT
