The other problem here is the MARKET MAKERS SHORT POSITION. They were suppose to buy the stocks in the open market, which should drive the price of the stocks into dollars, (same as November). But because BNEZ sold shares for pennies, the MM's also covered for pennies. Which also means, thanks to BNEZ, MM's made millions of dollars. They short the stock very, very high. AND HUNDREDS OF INVESTORS LOST MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. BUTTON LINE; BNEZ HAD A MILLION DOLLAR IN THE BANK, MM's COVERED THEIR SHORT POSITIONS WITH PENNIES PER SHARES AND MADE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BY SHORTING THE STOCK AND HUNDRED OF INVESTORS LOST MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BY BUYING THE SHARE VERY HIGH, MAINLY BY MARKET MAKERS MANIPULATION. And we are happy because this way BNEZ did not go CHAPTER 11. OK, IS GOOD TO ME. Correct me if I am wrong please. Thanks, Elio
