Here is an easy way to test it - sign up for a trial of Infogate, and see for yourself. You will soon find no benefit worth paying for over the myriad choices of FREE Edgar services. Infogate is obsolete already. There is no underwriter on Earth who would associate themselves with an IFN IPO. You are dreaming. Stop finding ways to justify an absurd valuation of DBCC. Your best bet is to root MKTW higher. If MKTW gets to 200 or so, it will validate a $20 price for DBCC. Meanwhile, cut the hype.

DBCC competitor DTLN completes $123 mil financing...conflict of interest?

"...Data Transmission Network Corp (DTLN)
DATA TRANSMISSION NETWORK CORP said Monday it completed a $122.9 million financing pact with a group of banks that will be used to expand the company internally and through acquisition. The company's prior revolving credit agreement provided for $80.8 million and had $55.5 million outstanding at December 31, 1998. Data Transmission also said the increased credit agreement and the company's expansion plans should help the goal it has been pursuing with Salomon Smith Barney* to enhance shareholder value through the sale or merger of the company. This process is continuing, Data Transmission said in a news release.
