These analysts can't even predict auction growth for a three month period. (Witness: They are forecasting $15M in sales for this past quarter for eBay when the actual numbers will be at least $18M to $20M.)

To think that they have ANY CLUE as to what is going to happen three years down the road is to believe that you can buy Manhattan for $20.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the market for auctions much higher than their forecast. However, there will be intense competition, and the market could get very fragmented.

Assume you mean total sales, revenue to auction companies is much smaller)
So that is 1.75 billion a year? Sounds like ebay at 8billion market cap is discounting the entire market (4 years out) and more (and I thought they had competition).
Except for limited float I don't see how this company can sustain this valuation.
