7. Alan Shuggart holds 100000 shares ..bought on open market
8. Bellcore holds a remarkable stake in Valence Technology
9. Second line of fully automated production line being set up at the
since January.
10. MCI Worldcom CEO hold 30000 shares...bought 10000 open market in
December.
11. Quality assurance Mananger hired ...Belfast Telegraph..
12. Lithium Poly Batteries covered by Barrons as the leading future
technology..."multi billion $ business"
13. Valence acknowledged as one of "several" major U.S. players in
the technology.

14. Lev Dawson CEO and major shareholder of VLNC has the capability to add additional financing if needed......through his excellent returns from the sweet potato farming enterprice <g>

Any more reasons why to invest in this stock??? many more....but
