the company has breathing room while the lenders now have a stake to protect, The warrants at least are not floorless, of course
at a .75 exercise point we know that will be some resistance to get
by.

However I feel the marriage didn't happen with out some thought.
It won't be to the lenders advantage to leave the stock at this
price, and if they have any influence at all they will help
pull enough strings that she won't get delisted.
My gamble is based on the strategy of the people who have
money involved more than the FA of the company.
That's my style of thinking regarding most of the bets
I make on distressed stocks.
Who or why and how the people with an interest will
be motivated to get the stock price up.
Even if they have to lie
At a 1/4 I don't see a lot to lose, damm few options sell
that cheap. <G>
