David, Selling this land in part or in total was no surprise to me. Recent 1997/1998 changes in Brazil control over timber harvest in the rainforest and Brazil affiliation with the Word Bank has brought Madera to take these steps to sell portions of the land.

At no time have I ever posted, Madera should not sell the land, when I have been reading since 1997 that Brazil Gov had special timber reservation available for Madera or any other timber cutter with a license. If Madera is able to sell any portion of the land at a good price, your going to see a more productive year around Madera operation.

Spark must be right LOL.
