More like the right of slaves to dump the old master for a new one, who if nothing else will give them the pleasure of seeing the old master take a stiff one up the backside. We haven't always presented the broadest possible range of options in our meddlings in the affairs of smaller countries. Freedom has generally been absent from the menu - unless you mean our freedom to do a profitable deal with the old master.
