Well, there is some way to make you rich in Vegas.

I call it 2 to 1 rule on black Jack.

Say you bring $12700 to Vegas, and you first bet $100, if you lose then bet $200, if you lose again then bet $400, i.e always double your previous bet on the current bet.
So, with $12,700 , and start with the first bet of $100, you can bet the followings before you lose all your $10,000 , i.e

$100, $200, $400, $800, $1600, $3200, $6400 before you lose all your $12700

With one single win, you win $100, and the chance you lose all your $12700 is

(1/2) **7 = 0.78%.

Once you win , then start from $100 all over again.

It is most likely that you will win $200 each hour.

So, you can make money around the clock . Just move to Vegas, from 9:30AM to
4PM in the daytime, make money in the stock market. And From 5PM tp 12 AM,
of weekday, and all weekends, make money in Vegas. You may make at least $10,000 in Vegas per week , and another $10,000 in the stock market , So life is great to you, i.e make money around the clock.<ggg>

[Decided to buy leaps 2000 as a way to reduce the book value of my foreign holdings to within the Canadian limit of 20%]

First I've heard of any 20% foreign limit. Sounds like a bummer. Anyone know if the US has such a law?
