It actually makes sense Steelguy. If they file the papers to move to NASDAQ in the next two weeks.....while trading at $7.00+CDN for 20 straight days....they can move by March. Most Canadian companies moving to NASDAQ are rubber stamped all the way through the approval process as long as they meet listing requirements for capitalization etc.....this is becuase the TSE rules have been tightened so much, they are actually much stricter than the Nasdaq's own regulations.
