Any idea what the arrangements for the split will be? I suspect 1-5 since US is now at .25. That would take them back to 22 million shares.

Abacan to delist from Nasdaq

Abacan Resource Corporation ABC
Shares issued 114,370,836 Jan 25 close $0.46
Tue 26 Jan 99 News Release
An anonymous director reports
Abacan has been advised by Nasdaq that the trading price for the company's common stock is below the $1.00 per share minimum established by the Nasdaq National Market for continued listing on that market. Unless the minimum trading price is met (during a 10 day period) beginning March 22, 1999, the company's common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq National Market.
The company expects to meet this requirement by implementing a reverse stock split which will be submitted to shareholders at the annual meeting in March 1999.
