Just one flaw dusty. If he didn't care about the share price, why is he paying shares to T.A.P. to prime everyone with news of pending news? Not caring about the share price he would have sent out his pr and that would be the end of it. Not a slam. I'm long.

When I have personally talked to Tilton he complained persistently about the low stock price. He kind of implied that it was difficult to do business with folks representing a company trading at $.02 or whatever. He kind of implied that some of the folks he does business with have been paid in shares and it is difficult to motivate them to get things done when they aren't making any money. I think Tilton cares a lot about the share price. Hopefully it's not because he needs to issue more to raise more funds. Hopefully it is to some day convert those debentures. But to me getting the share price up is very easy. Get the work done that I have been harping on for months. There really is no excuse why the FDA application on the Tracker has not been filed by now when he said previously it could have been done by September.
