ANNOUNCES "MARKET MAKER
PLUS"
"A magazine featuring publicly traded, emerging growth companies"

(CRNC)--Chronicle Communications Inc., CEO,
John V. Whitman Jr., announced today that it is
launching a magazine called Market Maker Plus. This
dynamic new publication will profile emerging growth,
publicly traded companies. Market Maker Plus is going
to be distributed free to every retail brokerage office in
the United States and to top producing individual brokers
nationally. Larger NASD firms will receive numerous
free copies. Market Maker Plus will also be available to
the general public via the Internet and on newsstands.
The new magazine will be distributed six times per year.
Individual subscriptions may be obtained for $39.00 per
year US and $69.00 per year foreign. Market Maker Plus
is being designed and printed at Chronicle's United
Printing and Publishing Inc., subsidiary located in
Tampa, Florida.

There are over 5,500 NASD member firms. These
member firms have more than 70,546 branch offices that
employ over 591,000 registered representatives. Market
Maker Plus is strategically designed to capture the
attention of the brokerage community. A minimum of six
companies each issue will compensate Chronicle to have
their publicly traded company profiled in Market Maker
Plus. Special non-paid editorials covering market trends,
hot Internent stocks and stories of interest will appear in
Market Maker Plus. Emerging growth companies need to
get their story out to people who can generate enthusiasm
and retail buying in their stock. Market Maker Plus
