anti guy you bring up good point of the eldely aznt stockholder who signed a sworn affadavit she was taken for $178,800 & also claims wellrich instructed her to secure a $50,000 equity line of credit. the matter is being sent to the district attorney, consumer affairs & sec with numerous other sworn affadavits concerning wellrich & telemarketing fraud. it will be interesting to hear what jj has to say about this elderly aznt stockholders claim. don't waste your time playing with these guys antibash, the defaults were entered against mann 13 jan. & 4 million shares were cancelled, summary judgement should be signed by 1/29 hearing (or sooner) & try as they may, dtc has been unable to get aznt to agree to there "compromise" before this hearing. it appears dtc will either lift the freeze or be named to the case where they will be unable to defend not lifting the freeze & risk damages to boot. it does not look good to be short aznt at this time, does it? spider
