Daniel, As a shareholder I think that your criticisms regarding management of cash and short-term cash equivalents is valid and relevant. Perhaps a letter to Cindy Burgdorf would be useful. She seems on the ball to me, but if you think about all that cash and not even a mention of a share buyback in October when we hit rock bottom you have to wonder. The regranting of employee options indicated that they were acutely aware of the depressed share price, yet balked as the bottom fell out in late September and early October. It makes you sick when you think they could have bought 1 million shares for little more than $5 million dollars...a small fraction of cash at hand. Ausdauer
