It sure looks like they are putting up a "mock site" to draw attention to themselves for the purpose of Raising Funds by Selling Stock.

Could be wrong, but this does not look first rate, nor professional.

I think I'll pass on this one and stick with "Reporting Companies" with full disclosure.

(I hope no one sold WCTI for this....)

AMIG is better than EBay

for many reasons
let me preface this by saying that I have been familiar with EBay since the very early days and that I myself am involved in internet development.

The reasons I think AMIG is better:

The site has a clean, fluid look and feel (this is imperative)
Ebay doesnt have this, it has a clutter atmosphere

The best web-technology is being used

I could go on and on...
