What's truly bizarre is IIXC's 20% stake in PSIX and its lackluster performance in the past month or so during PSIX's runup. Add that to the fact that IXC OWNS its own facilities based broadband coast to coast network and it becomes even more baffling. Last earnings report was a disappointment but how long can this keep a company in the dumper when the rest makes so much sense? L
