Serge, where do you get this info which is so clearly wrong?

"The CEO of a TSE-listed company would not be putting out an e-mail that discusses material changes to a shareholder" This is a confirmation of a previous announcement and would be appropriate for a CEO to put on email. It is extremely good news, because it is closer in and means it is not falling back. I would like to see confirmation of it, however.

"BII does not meet three different listing requirements: 1. minimum bid price, 2. net tangible assets, 3. pretax income of $1 million." The minimum price issue has been discussed at some length on this thread. NO ONE has been able to show the 20 or 30 day requirement. Show us. You admit we are OK on the tangible assets and we are. The pretax income comment is pure BS. When are they going to take Amazon off the NAS? They have never made money and consistently state that they won't for some time.

Don't post stuff that is obviously wrong, please.

I have just read the Stockhouse Bullboards message about an e-mail from Paul Godin. I also noted, as pointed out in a private e-mail, that the message was posted by sili.

I AM NOT THE SILI THAT POSTED THAT MESSAGE. I WOULD NOT POST SUCH GARBAGE AND MR. GODIN WOULD NEVER, AS A CEO OF A PUBLIC COMPANY, E-MAIL SUCH MESSAGES.

It is obvious that someone has taken it upon themselves to discredit this forum, the Stockhouse forum, and Bid.com in general. I have my list of people who would want to do this, and most of you should also have a list of people who would post such garbage.

PEOPLE, GET SMART! DON'T LET GARBAGE POSTS LIKE THAT TAKE THE FOCUS OFF WHAT IS A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL.

I will continue to put this post at then end of my messages. I am not the SILI that posts on Stockhouse - that's not my style.

Hello, all. Thanks for the very interesting posts. I'm new here (debating whether to sign up) and appreciate the discussion. I thought I'd copy a page from the Nasdaq listing requirements for domestic and Canadian securities:

(2) (A) For initial inclusion, the issuer shall have:

(i) net tangible assets of $4 million;

(ii) market capitalization of $50 million; or

(iii) net income of $750,000 in the most recently completed fiscal year or in two of the last three most recently completed fiscal years.

(3) For initial inclusion, the issuer shall have an operating history of at least one year or market capitalization of $50 million.

(4) For initial inclusion, common or preferred stock shall have a minimum bid price of $4 per share. For continued inclusion, the minimum bid price per share shall be $1.

I don't know if I'm missing something here, so if you want to view the info, see nasdaq.com .

If I'm missing something, please let me know. If I'm not, it makes me wonder about an e-mail where the CEO a listed company didn't know the listing requirements and but still responds with an e-mail about them. At the least, I would have thought he'd ask his CFO.
