I have used quite of few of both Asus and Abit boards. From my experience, Asus has never been "more stable" They are a high quality board in the same league as ABIT, IMHO. For OC'ing alone nothing can beat Abit.
That price you have is kind of high. You can get a cas2 GH bundle from mushkin for $359 64 meg or $459 for 128. GH ram is adequate, G8 is not needed for OC'ing celery's. And muskin is Samsung ram, which is considered some of the very best. If you choose to bundle it yourself it would be: Abit BH6 $105, 300a $65, 128 meg GH $225 or 64meg at $116. That is a pretty good savings. I would bundle it myself and pocket the savings, or at least buy the bundle from mushkin.

Good Luck
Dan

Emory,
I think we're both learning a little more about cases than we expected... but interesting none the less.<g>

That .5" clearance between the drive bay and MB looks realistic.
If ASUS says its' boards are ATX standard and Addtronics says the case is ATX standard, I think we are safe.

I ASUS address I had emailed was the Taiwan address, what did you use?
info@asustek.asus.com.tw

I think I'll get a quote from PCNUT for a combo with the P2B-F board and 300A @ 450 see what they say.
