Nooooooooooo.... The document you guys posted says 1) The hearing went on as scheduled. (Even though neither side can verify who was actually there) 2) AAA clearly asks for more info from AZNT so they can make a decision on january 26th... Your statement of... What you fail to grasp is that the result of the hearing stands makes it sound like a ruling transpired... If it did, i was asking how they ruled... Now, if i'm missing a document somewhere, i apologize...but there's so much crap spewing about, it'd be easy to miss. Dave
