You think U.S. securities laws are weak? I'd like to know who has better?
From what I've seen, the U.S. has the most comprehesive reporting and
enforcement laws in the world. And the most accessible.

If you read the 10K's and 10Q's thoroughly over the last 3 years, you
could have seen this as a likely outcome for CHNA.

I made the mistake of buying this dog before reading close. Then I read
close. Then I sold very quickly and cut my loss.

Even with the worlds best securities laws, it's tough for the SEC to go
after every sheister out there. Especially when there are giants like
Chainsaw Al Dunlap at Sunbeam and Walter Forbes at Cendant (formerly CUC)
doing worse things than Clement Mak and on a MUCH LARGER scale.

As always, it's Buyer Beware!
