And pardon my delay in responding, but I wanted to find a reference. I think it the best and fullest way for me to respond at the moment. It's gotten late here. Was just going off when I noticed your message.

The reference is SI HONG KONG Reply #1224. Parts of the post are of course dated, though I feel much the same now as I did then about certain of the consequences.
