What if Kraber just "played" with the analysts to bring the price down a little to make the shares even more affordable for management to buy for their employee grants and may have been surprised by the drastic correction!?!

I know what I am saying may sound preposterous, but that would in some way explain managements' reasoning for calling for the split in the first place...
