With only fourteen trading days before PRCY's meeting with NASDAQ it is highly unlikely that they won't be delisted. The 12th of February is rapidly approaching. PRCY's latest announcement was great, but it didn't raise their stock price over $1.00 The stock price will probably drop more when people realize that PRCY will most likely be trading over the counter. I like this company for the long term, but the price will probably drop in the short term. The last time I spoke to Mr. Clifford, he said that the company had no plans for a reverse split. I wonder if this will change?
