Anyone heard anything about a 7:4 split? Not a R/S, but 7 new shares for every 4 now owned? Someone on Raging Bull states that his Waterhouse transaction from yesterday's puchase had a note about the a 7:4 split on the AGTI shares. The only way I could figure this would work in the company's interest is if there was a buyout (thereby reducing the float) and all other parties with non-restricted outstanding shares received this 7:4 bonus. Any thoughts or news?
