Frederick,

If you have an application that is Novell Directory Enabled (now nicknamed "A ZEN") then you should talk to Stewart Nelson, Senior VP Product Development. Eric has past the mandate of creating these ZENs and to promote the development of ZENs by partners to Stewart. If you are considering a ZEN development strategy and might be looking for funding to develop it, you should talk to Chris Stone and ask what the criteria is for tapping into the "Internet Development Fund" which Novell has established for small startups that are looking at developing products that utilize Novell technology and more importantly the NDS.

Novell's Email structure is quite simple so I would say that Stewart Nelson's email ID is SNELSON@NOVELL.COM and Chris Stone's email ID is CSTONE@NOVELL.COM

You could try talking to Eric but he is a busy boy and he would likely be leaving development initiatives and Partner opportunities to these two folks. It is unusual that they have not quickly re-directed you to these people already.
