Annette,

When I saw that they were re-stating earnings, I almost lost it. But pre-open bidding is flat at 15 7/8. Getting rid of all the bad news before the IPO announcement is a good idea; IPO announcement should be around the corner, maybe as soon as today. CC will tell us a lot !!

Cheers,

Peppe

Man ... Oh, Man ... As Bette would say, "I think we're in for bumpy ride" (or something like that)... I don't know where we're going with this one. We knew the earnings wouldn't be good. Now it's up to the IPO... Oiiiyyyy! It's going to be an interesting day!

Carol

P.S. Anyone want to start a bet as to how many posts this thread gets between now and the close?

Hang on to the bench everybody!

Annette,

While some of the news (restating earnings and lower earnings vs last year same Q) is not positive, most of it is behind the company. Reducing the bank debt to zero is excellent and really improves the balance sheet. I would think that a spin-off of NetRadio would greatly improve NAVR's financial situation. It would remove the drain on earnings plus add increased assets to their balance sheet. Since most of the bad news is behind them and the street values companies looking forward, I would expect the report to be viewed as cautiously optimistic. I am sure that if the NetRadio IPO isn't addressed in the CC, someone will ask a question about it.

As far as what the stock price will do, it's anyones guess. I still view a drop as an opportunity to buy more at a lower price in anticipation of the IPO.

FWIW,

Dave
