Lynn - in your example, do you end up with 12 shares of the new company and still retain your 100 shares of CPQ or does it drop to 88 shares of CPQ. Thanks in advance... -AC

Your info about the CPQ/AltaVista conversion ratio refers...

Where did you glean this info about the process from? (I dont mean your hypothetical conversion ratio of .12)
