Carole, Imagine people all over the world who want to use a telephone for business purposes. Would they use just any company or would they go with the one that is partnered with their business resource. I believe T saw a world wide valuable resource offered to them and they realized all the homework is done and it's just a matter of time before import/export companies climb on so they don't get left in "the dark ages".
