Grant, The placement was not made to "insiders", it was part of a transaction that goes back to October. It was made to one person, one check. Part of the money is earmarked for license fees, acquisitions, investments and maintenance of claims in our present holdings. Efforts to resolve the "ongoing saga" on the Otjua concession are moving ahead, hopefully we will get things settled and sorted out in the coming weeks.
