It always makes me queasy when a company issues a progressive press release and the stock tanks,(well, all the energizers did I know), anyways, no help on your questions but just a note that the whisper number on SFY for the quarter is .17.

RTQ-
The new exploratory well is likely to have a production fall-off similar to the Chalk, but the company can make its money back in 2 months at the published flow rate. It's not a totally new field, insofar as there are other wells in the general vicinity that are very prolific also.

Did you see APA today? And SGY is holding like a rock (famous last words, nobody quote me on that, OK?). I still think any real action in this sector is about 6 mo. away, but I placed a lowball order in for SFY today. Not good practice to buy on a new low, but I just can't quite keep my hands off of the energy sector. And this doesn't mean that the stock has changed it's face from violating everything that point & figure charting preaches. We call this a TDT on the p&f thread, and that may be too generous of a term for SFY.
