Dear Jeff: THATS big government for you. In an effort to PROTECT us they are KILLING us. I have had to do amended SEC filings before but never more than once or twice. The repeated nature of this one reflects BADLY on the choice of CPA firms. However, when you file an amended document you UNDERLINE in RED the changes. Should only take a few minutes to review but GUESS WHAT? Often you get ANOTHER reviewer and he starts the whole damn thing over again. Best to get it right first time. If CMND management is reading this---PLEASE when this is over review your choice of Securities Attorneys and CPA's . The former got you in trouble to begin with and the latter is making it worse. I am a retired Big 6 (or whatever it is now) audit Partner. JDN
