Sometimes that is the nature of the beast. You may have the worlds largest deposit, but for some reason or another you end up drilling the an area that gives you nothing...then "poof.. the big one"

People assume that IPs and the such are the definitive proof of a deposit. It is another tool that helps you narrow down the area to drill, it does not tell you where the "richest portion of the deposit is"!!! It reduces, but does not eliminate worthless drilling!! This is why I chuckle to myself when it comes to "one whole" wonder stocks like CRN and now NWI. CRN was not able to duplicate there one original wonder hole after drilling the property like swiss cheese. NWI could be another one. Bidding up stocks like NWI on one hole is akin to financial suicide...but again, such is the nature of the beast!!
