I'm very surprised too. I never ceases to amaze me the way the market reacts to certain stocks. I have a number of VSE juniors on my watch list that have far less advanced exploration projects, with no major JV partners.....yet they trade at $1.00 and QTR gets not respect on the TSE until they strike gold :)

Oh well......the next results should bring us back up nicely.

Thanks for the info, MF.

I didn't know Doris was in Peru and it would make sense that we won't hear anything until she returns. She indicated to me several weeks ago that we should be getting results by the end of January.

FWIW you aren't alone in being surprised that QTR fell below .40 before Barrick results. I thought we probably had support at that level but it was not to be. Some could argue that the continued weakness is a bad sign of news to come. Ordinarily I'd probably agree except QTR has appeared very concerned about issuing accurate information. I've had the feeling they were concerned about outside manipulation and consequently kept their cards very close. Their news releases were the first I've noticed to declare they were the only source of valid information. Found that interesting. Anyway, the resulting lack of news and rumors may explain why some are still selling. Hopefully we get some answers next week.

B....

MF, this is a good time to speculate on the Barrick results because the stock is lower than 40 cents. Any positive news will give it at least 50% jump. There isn't much downside now.
