I read the whole thing... Very entertaining...
It's such a scam, it's not even funny. I haven't seen parachutes that big in a long time... As usual, employees will get screwed with their options, and execs will get the cake.

Could anyone explain, how can, for example, Wisconsin board or any major shareholder for that matter have shares for less than 6 bucks?
The shares took a dive below 6 around third week of August. The arerage daily volume for the period between that time and the merger announcement is around 0.4 mil. There were simply not enough shares to lower their price per share below 6, if they 've owned something prior to 3rd week of August.

I'd bet some of the big guys will loose money on SHVA as well.
