I haven't heard that any company has oferred a penny for the company so I'm not sure how you can say that people are dismissing "the management of this company because they wouldn't sell part or all of the company at, what they consider, a discount ..." I still own enough stock to be very disappointed and haven't decided what I'm going to do but I trhink that when a JT comes out and gives a time frame and starts guessing at a price for the buyout that perhaps he was more than simply "wrong" to do so. I think it was in VERY BAD judgement and I am shocked that the company allowed it to get this far without having a buyer about to sign. shan
