Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical
Corp. has made two new appointments to the corporation's existing advisory
board in order to bring additional professional input for the advancement
of the F.A.S.T. 1 System for Adult Intraosseous Infusion into the market
place. Pyng Medical is very pleased to welcome to this advisory board the
following individuals who have been selected for their high levels of
professional and corporate skills.
Alexander B. Korelin
Alexander B. Korelin is the founder and president of A.B. Korelin and
Associates Inc., a business consulting firm that specializes in assisting
public companies with regulatory compliance matters and investor relations.
With a head office in Vancouver, Washington, and additional offices in
Sacramento, California and Vancouver, British Columbia, A.B. Korelin and
Associates has been in business for over 20 years. Mr. Korelin has assisted
the Vancouver Stock Exchange with its media relations on the West Coast of
the United States as well as organized large informational presentations
involving the investment community. His firm has assisted hundreds of
companies with their registration process with the United States Securities
and Exchange Commission and in their investor relation's efforts. Mr.
Korelin has been a member of the board of directors of American Pacific
Bank, an Oregon state chartered institution with headquarters in Portland,
Oregon since 1988. Mr. Korelin is also founder and co-host of The
Korelin/Haffield Report, a one hour business radio program which airs in
Portland, Oregon. Mr. Korelin brings over 20 years experience in the
financial community to the advisory board of Pyng Medical Corp.
Mervan (Max) R. Whelan, MD, CCFP, FACEP
Dr. Whelan has received degrees from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario
and is board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM) in the United States as
well as the Fellow American College of Emergency Medicine. He is trained in
anesthesia and obstetrics. Dr. Whelan brings extensive experience in
emergency medicine to the Pyng Medical advisory board. Dr. Whelan is
chairman and medical director of the emergency department at Amot Ogden
Medical Center in Elmira, New York and clinical associate professor in
emergency medicine at the University of Rochester Highland Hospital. He is
a member of the following professional organizations, American College of
Emergency Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Medical Society
State of New York, Ontario Medical Association, and the College of
Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. In the past Dr. Whelan has been
director and chairman of the department of emergency medicine at the Geneva
General Hospital in Geneva, N.Y., director and chairman of the department
of emergency medicine at Taylor Brown Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, New
York. Dr. Whelan is also currently the medical director for a number of
ambulance companies and fire departments in the state of New York.
Dr. Whelan and Mr. Korelin join Dr. Andrew Macnab, MS, MRCS, LRCP, MD. Dr.
Macnab has an extensive background in medical research and has championed
the F.A.S.T. 1 System through the B.C. Science Council, and the University
of British Columbia Ethics Review Committee. Mr. Edward A. Bence, attorney,
currently Pyng Technologies Corp.'s attorney who brings a strong background
in business law and securities law to our advisory board. Mr. Kevin
O'Neill, MSc., has had a distinguished career in the Canadian high
technology sector with senior roles encompassing research, systems
development, and marketing. Currently Mr. O'Neill is marketing manager for
RADARSAT International.
