Still long on TNRG and holding. Would like to see news that builds TNRG stock price and stability.

Okay guys, feeling a little frustrated this morning I called Tilton to vent a bit. He said he was disappointed by the market's reaction this morning. He thought the shopping mall internet news was well timed coming on the heels of the recently completed audit. He said things were moving along well on both Sea Eye and Tracker and hinted we may be seeing some developments on these projects in the near future (would not give me a time table this time). He said that interest payments on the shopping mall begin in March and he was hoping to have the debentures converted by then. He said he would feel comfortable converting the debentures at a $.50 range if and when the stock gets there. There would be a little more dilution of the stock, but it would be advantageous to investors because of the revenue coming into the company free and clear. I told him I thought the stock was falling because yesterday's news was not what investors were hoping for. Again he said he wanted that news to come out then because it followed the audit news well. He also says he sees great potential revenues coming out of the shopping mall internet deal. Regarding Sea Eye and Tracker, he said both products could produce hundreds of millions in revenues for TNRG. He is in back and forth negotiations with the Navy regarding Sea Eye and he is optimistic something will be done in the near future. He said he will be trying to manufacture the products using coventures with large corporations (he mentioned Johnson and Johnson as a possible company that might be interested in the Tracker). He said he could sell the rights to these products today for big bucs, but he thinks it is in shareholders interests for TNRG to hold onto them and develop them themselves. He thinks the stock will be worth well more than $4.00 some day and he hopes to take it to NASDAQ.

My take: I'm holding onto my shares tight and am willing to see if all the above develops.
