SDMT - latest gator news; Wayne (re: SDMT), publicity firm won't start till Feb. 1. Called SDMT I.R. yesterday. Didn't get many specifics, only that several things are coming. Name/ticker change to EBLD/EntertainmentBlvd.com should happen by next week at the latest (maybe this week). Well-known publicity firm (previous clients include Capital Records, MCA Records, Ticketmaster, Warner Brothers, Miller Genuine Draft, Snoop Doggy Dogg, The Eagles, House of Blues, etc...) starts February 1st. Neil Maedel's newsletter hits subscribers today, his fax blast (distribution 116,000) hits later in the week. Maedel's short-term target is $10-$12. Company is very serious about Nasdaq listing. Should be getting 8K filed soon. Signed an agreement with MCI/Worldcom and Cable & Wireless to be an Internet Service Provider. This should be coming "very shortly".
