Any TRUE small cap value guys???

STAC- no debt, cash equal to total market cap, business turning.....

Stac is in transition, moving from dependency on the declining remote access
market to take advantage of the growing remote systems backup software market.
Stac appears poised to succeed, with recently signed OEM and reseller
agreements with Legato, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM, as well as a new storage
management product, Replica NDM, hitting the market at the end of January.

Assuming the successful implementation of these strategies, we expect Stac's
revenues to reach $15.6 million in fiscal 1999 and $22 million in fiscal 2000,
representing 42% year-over-year growth in 2000. We expect an earnings loss of
$0.13 per share in fiscal 1999 and a gain of $0.01 per share in fiscal 2000 as
operating margins move toward break-even and as the company realizes interest
income from the approximately $20 million in cash it holds on its balance
sheet.
