Rod says CPQ will fund/capitalise AV initially, enough funding to make the first year of operation "very comfortable".

IPO income will be used for acquisitions and purchases to strengthen the AV position and offering.

K..I don't think you will find too many large caps with unfilled gaps. I haven't seen one.
