I also talked with Mr. Tilton today and ask about the spin-off. He told me that everything would complete out to us by the end of the quarter. I pushed him for a better time frame but he said thaat was the best he can give at this time. My thoughts though are that we might see it sooner than later in the quarter.

To "Loren S.". my friend. i have just one (1) question for you - if you really do own one-million (1,000,000) shares of "TNRG" - and i have absolutely NO reason to think that you don't (why would you lie about something like that) then - WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT!! if i owned one-million (1,000,000) shares of this company - instead of my "little" (paltry) one-hundred-twenty-thousand (120,000) shares - do you know what i would do - NOTHING!! i would just "kick-back" for about six (6) months or so and NOT WORRY about the stock price of this company AT ALL!! i might put-in an "open" SELL order with my broker to sell - HMMMMM - perhaps one-half (1/2) of my shares - five-hundred-thousand (500,000) - at - HMMMMM - about twenty-cents ($.20) per share just to COVER MY (total) cost of ALL of my shares of "TNRG" and then i would simply concentrate on OTHER companies for awhile. HAY - why not!! my dear friend - guess what - you are "holding-all-the-cards" right now!! well - anyway - you, of course, do what you want to do but i honestly canNOT understand how anyone owning a HUGE amount of shares like you own could be really worried (or even concerned) about ANYTHING!! take care, my friend.
