Yes, under that condition it will try to reach for the lower tine. If/when it touches that lower tine, you can expect a swift rally off that tine. Those tines first attract price, then once prices touch that tine, it repels price. If the price bounces off any tine then returns, you can expect with a high degree of probability (tradeable) that prices will keep going in the returned direction.....but there are no guarantees, we're dealing with probabilities here, however high they may be.
