For all who care, the following list outlines news expected over the next few weeks:

San Gregorio reserves estimate update;
Property rights secured for a further 8,000 hectares of highly prospective property near Albino/Las Cristinas, Venezuela;
Property rights secured and joint venture announcement on Santa Elena, Ven.;
New acquisition of a producing property outside of Ven.;
Class action law suit (CALS) admissibility;
Plans for asserting rights to Las Cristinas 4 & 6, but not anytime
soon.

IMO, having the CALS thrown out of court will give credibility to our claim of rights over Las Cristinas and remove a heavy cloud over the stock price. Short of hearing we can begin mining LC 4&6, I think dismissal of the CALS will be the best news we could have.
