Robert...I'm sure there is going to be blowout earnings...What I hope to hear at the conference call is something definite, not just in "goals", but PROGRESS, in the area of Cable Broadband...If we don't hear anything clearcut, AND imminent, there could be a sell-down no matter how fantastic the earnings are.

As far as a split being announced---same thing...The momentum will be short-lived without clear-cut PROGRESS being made in the area of Cable broadband.....I will say a 3/1 may carry momentum a little farther than a 2/1, but Investors are wanting something to turn up in the area of Cable Broadband...ADSL is o.k., even necessary, but cable is where the Street wants AOL to produce a deal, and soon.

Even if AOL doesn't give the Street what they are looking for tomorrow I still am quite positive that, after a sell-down (not sure how far), AOL will rise dramatically when a "monster" Cable deal is announced at a later date.

I still believe AOL will do what it takes to be in ALL areas and keeps it's position as #1.

The best to us tomorrow........George
