Hi EPD:

I did not hear answers to any of my unasked questions.

1, When would be the IPO?
2, How many shares would be offered in the IPO? They can decide about the price the night before.
3, what will be the capitalization of the new company?
4, Who will hold the shares (in 3 minus the shares in 2)? CPQ or will be given to CPQ share holders?
5, Will there be any special deals made with the new company and CPQ before going public?

Did any one out there heard the answers?

Thanks.

Regards,
Satish
