Richard
This was after the last released numbers and before LeDoux backed off.
If you remember, there was a long lag time between those two points in history. that's why there was no new numbers released.

Richard,

As I understand it they didn't report the numbers on which there was problems with the blanks. The first sets of numbers had the blanks testing out as they should. It was a subsequent series of tests in which they were trying to line up the checks labs where they had the problems. I don't believe they ever released those. It was when they then rechecked that Ledoux couldn't confirm the previous announcement.
