Wizzer,

I understand your confusion regarding BII and Nasdaq!! I have felt the same way!

This is my take:
1) They could get on the OTC BB right now if they wanted too be there.
2) There does seem to be a requirement of $5US to get on the big board (or whatever the heck its called)
3) Nobody seems to know if they have to maintain the $5US (approx. $7.50 Cdn) shareprice for a certain period of time? We have heard 1 month, 3 months.... ? who knows?? Personally, my interpretation is that it is "logical" that Nasdaq would want BII to demonstrate that they can "maintain" the minimum required shareprice... if Nasdaq feels comfortable, they'll let BII on.
4) The company seems to want to get on Nasdaq... and they are in no "rush" to do so... they seem to just want to do it right, and they know it will take time! (People on the BII message thread are the ones calling for a Nasdaq listing in the near term)

Personally I'm just interested in playing the swings on BII, and if I can make enough to carry some "free" shares... then maybe I'll hold those as a flyer on a Nasdaq listing..
